Last One Standing is a first-of-its-kind national strength and endurance championship by Jerai Fitness, powered by Reebok. It brings fitness enthusiasts, athletes, gym-goers and everyday challengers from across the country onto one common platform.

At a time when inactive lifestyles are increasingly common, the championship inspires people to reconnect with their physical strength, endurance, discipline and resilience — and to discover how far the body and mind can truly go.

Athletes compete in group rounds, earning points across all six events. The highest cumulative score in each category is crowned Last One Standing.
