Event Disclaimer

1. General Disclaimer

By registering or participating in any event organized by Jerai Fitness Ltd., I acknowledge and agree that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. Jerai Fitness Ltd., its promoters, sponsors, partners, employees, or representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or mishap occurring before, during, or after the event.

2. Fitness & Health Declaration

I affirm that I am medically fit, physically capable, and have obtained necessary medical clearance before participating. Jerai Fitness Ltd. is not responsible for any pre-existing condition or medical emergency arising during the event. I am strongly advised to maintain valid personal medical and accident insurance coverage.

3. Assumption Of Risk

Participation involves intense physical exertion and endurance challenges that may lead to strain or injury. By entering the competition, I voluntarily assume all such risks, responsibilities, and consequences related to my participation.

4. Safety & Compliance

I must strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions issued by event referees, marshals, and officials. Any form of unsafe, reckless, or non-compliant behaviour may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event premises.

5. Substance-Free Declaration

Consumption or possession of alcohol, narcotics, steroids, or any performance-enhancing or banned substances is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate disqualification, revocation of awards, and permanent debarment from future events. Jerai Fitness Ltd. may conduct checks or seek medical verification if deemed necessary.

6. Media Rights & Recordings

All photographs, videos, or recordings captured during the event are the exclusive property of Jerai Fitness Ltd. I grant full permission to use such media for promotional, commercial, or training purposes, without any additional approval, payment, or claim.

7. CCTV Surveillance & Security Monitoring

For my safety and the integrity of all spectators and officials, the entire event premises — including competition zones, warm-up areas, and entry/exit points shall be under continuous CCTV surveillance and video monitoring. All activities within the event area may be recorded for security, dispute resolution, and compliance verification.

By participating, I consent to being recorded and acknowledge that such footage may be reviewed by Jerai Fitness Ltd. and relevant authorities if required.

8. Event Alteration, Postponement, Or Cancellation

Jerai Fitness Ltd. reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any event or activity in the interest of safety, operational feasibility, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, venue issues, or government directives. Registration fees are non-refundable in all such cases.

9. Liability & Indemnity

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jerai Fitness Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any liability, claim, loss, damage, or cost arising out of my participation, misconduct, or violation of event rules or legal provisions.

10. Insurance & Liability

I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for my personal health, medical condition, and physical readiness before participating in the event. While Jerai Fitness Ltd. may maintain general liability insurance for event-related operational risks, such coverage does not extend to my injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies.

I am strongly advised to maintain valid personal medical insurance, accident insurance, and health coverage applicable to sports and physical activity.

By participating, I expressly release Jerai Fitness Ltd., its directors, employees, event partners, sponsors, and representatives from any and all liability arising from injury, illness, accident, loss, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event, whether directly or indirectly related to participation.

11. Tax Deduction

Tax Deduction on Prizes and Rewards

All cash prizes, awards, honorariums, or monetary rewards distributed during or after the event shall be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) or any other applicable taxes as required under the prevailing laws of the Government of India.

I acknowledge that:

• Jerai Fitness Ltd. is legally obligated to deduct applicable taxes before disbursement;
• Prize amounts will be released only after TDS deduction;
• PAN details and other KYC information must be provided for prize settlement;
• Jerai Fitness Ltd. shall issue TDS certificates (Form 16A) as per statutory timelines.

Failure to provide valid KYC documents may result in withholding or cancellation of prize disbursement.

12. Court Jurisdiction

For any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising directly or indirectly from participation in this event, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. No other court shall have concurrent jurisdiction.

13. Declaration Of Understanding

By signing or completing the registration process, I confirm that I:

• Have read and understood all terms, conditions, and safety measures.
• Participate voluntarily and entirely at my own risk.
• Agree to abide by all event rules and regulations.
• Release Jerai Fitness Ltd. from any liability arising from participation.
• Accept that all disputes shall be governed by Mumbai jurisdiction.

14. Registration Policy

All registrations must be completed solely through the official registration portal designated by Jerai Fitness Ltd. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the prescribed fee.

I acknowledge that:

• The registration fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, disqualification, no-show, medical inability, or event rescheduling/postponement due to external factors;
• Jerai Fitness Ltd. reserves the right to reject or cancel my registration if found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant with eligibility criteria;
• No on-spot or offline registrations will be accepted;
• I must provide accurate age, category, and personal details, and Jerai Fitness Ltd. may request verification documents at any stage;
• Incorrect or misleading information may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

Completion of registration constitutes acceptance of all rules, disclaimers, liabilities, and legal terms of the event.
