- Injury or illness
- Accident or loss
- Property damage
- Medical emergencies
arising before, during, or after the event.
2. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jerai Fitness Ltd. from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
- Participation in the event
- Violation of event rules
- Misconduct or negligence
3. Insurance Disclaimer
Any insurance maintained by Jerai Fitness Ltd. covers only general event operations and does not extend to individual participant injuries or medical emergencies.
Participants remain solely responsible for their own insurance coverage.
4. Prizes, Rewards & Taxation
All prizes, awards, honorariums, or monetary rewards are subject to:
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
- Applicable government taxes
Participants must provide valid PAN and KYC documents.
Failure to do so may result in withholding or cancellation of prize disbursement.
TDS certificates (Form 16A) will be issued as per statutory timelines.
5. Acceptance Of Terms
Completion of registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of:
- Terms & Conditions
- Privacy Policy
- Legal Notice
- Event rules and regulations
